Welcome to GEOLINO - the exciting world for young explorers aged 9 and over!

With over 25 years of experience, we have firmly established ourselves as a pioneer in the world of children's magazines. Flicking through the magazine, you can follow the tracks of rare snow leopards, understand connections such as the water cycle, solve puzzles and see the world through the eyes of children from all over the world.

What's new?
The well-known Kika presenter "Checker Tobi" checks out various knowledge topics in his own section. We also go online with all the important topics relating to social media, smartphone use and internet consumption. The cooperation with the children's aid organisation UNICEF, on the other hand, is tried and tested and allows us to take a look at the lives of children around the world in a separate section.

But that's not all! GEOLINO is characterised by great visuals and strong themes. On the one hand, the magazine demonstrates seriousness and a clear stance, while on the other hand it offers entertaining elements such as fun self-tests and activating pieces such as recipes and instructions for arts and crafts.

Every story in GEOLINO conveys knowledge in an entertaining way and shows respect for people, animals and our world.

Let's go into a world full of adventure and knowledge! GEOLINO - for curious children aged 9 and over and their parents who want to combine fun and education.

GEOLINO EXTRA is the monothematic knowledge magazine for young explorers from the age of 9.

While GEOLINO is very broad in terms of topic content, GEOLINO EXTRA deals with only one topic from the fields of mankind, nature and technology in each issue. Issues have already appeared on the Ice Age or the weather, inventions, deserts, energy or love. These topics are explored in all conceivable facets on 72 pages - an absolutely unique feature in the field of children's magazines. The journalistic forms of presentation range from photo reports and explanatory pieces to interviews, info boxes and comic strips, thematic games and handicrafts. GEOLINO EXTRA explains complex issues in a way that is appropriate for children and leaves no questions unanswered.

GEOLINO EXTRA has its very own success story. It is the basis for radio play formats and has won awards: the editorial team was awarded the Lammsbräu Sustainability Prize for the issue "How we save the world", for having succeeded in "sensitising children in an extraordinary way"!
